GARDEAUX WIGS READY TO SHIP, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Due to the nature of our shop and products we have a strict return and exchange policy. If you are not happy with your wig in any way, you have a 3 business day grace period to exchange or receive shop credit.
Once you have purchased a wig, the order cannot be cancelled. You will have the option to return the wig minus a 5% restocking fee, or for a store credit once the wig is received.
Any returned item must be post marked within 3 business days of delivery. A return form will be included in your box to fill out and return with your wig.
We offer the option of a refund or store credit. There is a 5% restocking fee on every item refunded. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed on returned items.
For store credit we only ask you cover all shipping costs. You will receive a digital gift card number in an email for your credit amount and that can be used towards purchases on our website. This credit number does not expire. We cannot issue the credit or refund until your wig is received.
If the wig is not in the same condition and in original packaging as when it was sent, your wig will be returned to you, and you will not receive your credit*
* If the lace on your wig has been worn, cut or the wig has been altered in any way the wig will be ineligible for exchange. Please make sure you are happy with your wig before cutting the lace. If the wig smells of perfume, or any hair product, or smoke it will be not be eligible for return.
* If in the rare occurrence you believe you have received a defective wig please contact us immediately so we can rectify the matter. If the wig is past 30 days from the date of delivery you will not be eligible for any assistance in this matter.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on items marked FINAL SALE.

We are currently unable to ship to Spain and Italy, sorry.
CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES: Please be aware of your country's customs import allowances and restrictions. As the importer, customs import duties/fees are the customer's responsibility.
